Stainless-steel melt pressure transducers built to survive shear, sticky and abrasive polymer streams without drift.
Every Gräff melt pressure sensor is machined entirely in stainless steel, with a proprietary membrane design that eliminates the membrane-rupture failures common during melt shrinkage, and a special coating that shields the diaphragm from sticky and abrasive compounds.
Because the fill system avoids mercury and silicone oil, the sensors are cleared for food-contact and pharmaceutical (FDA-compliant) processing as well as general plastics and extrusion duty — and every unit ships pre-calibrated across a six-point curve for temperature-stable readings.
